What are your delivery charges?
All of our delivery charges are included in the price. The price you see is the price you pay.
When do you deliver?
Standard delivery is by courier, 3-5 working days of your order, with delivery between 9am and 5.30pm. All products listed on our website are in stock but sometimes this isn't the case. If any products you've requested aren't in stock, we'll email you to let you know.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take a little longer than our usual delivery times, with delays possible if you live in the following postcode areas: AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, PO30 - PO41, TR21 - TR25, ZE. If we believe that the delivery address you've given may not be not secure (for example, if it's a communal postal address or PO Box), we may contact you to make alternative arrangements. Customers outside the UK please contact Customer Service at email@example.com with details of the products you'd like to order, so that we can send you a shipping quotation.
Can I send things to more than one address?
No you must send all of your items to one address. If you would like multiple address then please contact us.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries are usually made on Mondays to Fridays, between 9am and 5.30pm. If the recipient isn't in, our courier will leave a card confirming that they've tried to deliver your parcel and it will be held at your depot.
What if only part of my order has arrived?
If there are any items missing from the order (as detailed in your order confirmation email), please contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can sort this out for you.
